“Hi, I am using vapour e liquid from years and still using the same because it is good. I did tri some other sometime but no one can beat “The vapour “ liquid.”

“Ordered my order last week and still haven’t received it as yet. Emailed and staff member said it was being sent out today At last so I will await it’s delivery. Usually very quick delivering. This is the longest I have had to wait so far”

“I have been purchasing e liquid from Vapour for some time now, I recently tried a cheaper brand and immediately regretted it. The quality was no where near as good, I subsequently order more e liquid from Vapour. The quality is excellent and delivery is very quick. Customer service is fantastic and any minor queries are answered promptly. I won’t use any other site!!”

“Normally perfectly happy with my order and have been using this site for a couple of years. The goods are as described and at a fair price. and the postage is extremely quick. I have had 1 problem with an order a few months ago (a replacement battery) which wouldn't work correctly. I contacted the site twice, but never even had an acknowledgment or an apology. Maybe, thecustomer relations needs to be worked on, but other than that 1 incident I have been more than happy with the service.”

“A very good and reliable service that's worth signing up to for offers. Own brand items exude quality with their packaging - although the packaging feels excessive in these times. On the minus side it is hard to find information both on what goes with what as well as instructions on how to use anything. For example I failed to find instructions on setting up the Nato tank or battery charging. If anything, the instructions are too general and lacking. That's lazy.”
