“I bought 10 bottles which were a limited time offer at 99p per bottle. When they arrived they were 7 weeks past their best before date. Should have been noted that this would be the case. I emailed their customer service team to ask if they were safe to use and a week later I still haven't received a reply.”

“In the last few packs have noticed a distinct vanilla flavour mixed in with menthol in some of the cartridges. Not pleasant. Could be cross contamination. Having to bin these so is not very cost effective. Have mentioned this to customer services but got no reply.”

“As always, excellent service. The web site is easy to navigate making it quick to find the liquids I'm looking for. Buying 10mls in 10's means the package fits through the letterbox - no need to open the door for the delivery man!”
