“If you are referring to the order completed by Vapourlites on the 28th. January, it has not been received and I have now sent 3 e-mails requesting details of the despatch date. If you are referring to my earlier order, then that has been received but I found it necessary to correspond with you as the refills would not fit most of blue tips.- one of my e-mails read: 'Sorry to trouble you again but having used more of the cartridges, the problems continue and therefore presumably will do so in respect of future orders. Those branded ‘Vapour’ are totally compatible but my six Vapourlite branded ones are not and if they do are difficult to ensure a flush fit, which must be causing further damage. It therefore, does seem that it is the similar problem as when you rebranded the chargers. Naturally, quite a number of the blue (and red) tips have worn out over the years, for a variety of reasons but never so many at the same time and for the same reason. Surely you have had others that are experiencing similar issues?”
