“Crazy good delivery time even with free option. E liquid could be better I think you guys put alot of sweeteners. If you started to sell Apollo, Vampire, Dinner lady, double drip, I would buy even more from you. In general I would rate your liquid 7/10 I am heavy smoker but I only use your liquids occasionally.”

“I am usually really pleased with the service. Everything arrives quickly and the quality is very good. Unfortunately though my last order wasn't quite right. It's not a big deal but I didn't receive what I ordered and I haven't had a response to the message I left on the live chat.”

“I ordered these for my mum who has brain damage and can’t smoke normal cigs in the nutter hospital where she’s locked up. I have no idea what they’re like but they keep her entertained and they stop her from harassing the young Male nurses most of the day.”

“In the many years I have been using Vapourlites, now vapour there have only been a few problems. These have been dealt with swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. Such problems that I have had were mainly in the past and the organisation appears to be going from strength to strength. The current product range and delivery arrangements are excellent and may it continue to be so.”

“I have not always found you web site easy to use, but some of the problems could be due to my stopping what I call junk mail. I have had on occasion to actually phone you which is ok. Overall I am very pleased with your service as my orders do arrive on time.”

“customer service staff , Kingsley & Tracey are always very helpful would be happy to order online but haven't had a loyal customer discount voucher in >12 months concerned about the product Batteries do not seem to last as long as those purchased 24 months ago Refills really don't last very long ,even when immediately capped after a puff, I suspect the no of mg of nicotine fluid has been reduced since I started purchasing”
