“Exceptional service have never had a problem with my orders always very quick sometimes next day delivery and that is using standard delivery, normally I place all my orders direct from the website, but if on the very few times I have had to discuss anything with Vapourlites Customer Service I have always received avery courteous and precise service.”

“I’ve been using Vapour for over 4 years and mostly it’s been fine but over the last year I have had to chase up delivery twice and customer service were not overly helpful sadly. If a pacakage doesn’t arrive you have to wait 10 working days before they will do anything which means you are in limbo for ages plus needing your items sooner than that. This means I now order more in advance to ensure there are no issues. Would be nice for the discount to work on XL packs of liquid too!!”
