“Have been dealing with Vapour.com now for around 4 years at least. Their service is extremely high (gold standard in my opinion). On the occasions when I have had a small issue when ordering online. I have telephoned and their staff (Tracy in particular) has been most helpful. Cannot recommend them enough.”

“I absolutely love this company and only ever buy from them direct. My favourite flavour is ice mint. It stays a fresh minty taste throughout, unlike other products :-D fast delivery and cost effective. I definitely recommend this vape liquid xx”

“I did not get what I ordered. 4 days later was without the nicotine levels I need. No reply to my email. 2nd email no reply. Called up and was resolved really well. For some reason they'd not received my recent emails. Sent out replacement and paid for me to return the wrong item. Pretty good service in the end :)”
