For this one I must thank Ross, the service I received was absolutely impeccable, the pinnacle of customer service, I was given a completely personalised approach with extremely friendly responses, even after my ridiculously specific request's. I was given many options completely tailored to my needs. The products offered are obviously priced at the lowest margins possible which means they are by far the better option than many of their competitors, the range of products they offer is incredible and unlike any other vape store I could find. 50mg/5% vapes are impossible to find in the UK but due to the company’s location they can legally supply these products straight to UK mainland with no issues what so ever Thank you so much Ross & the team for this amazing opportunity I’ve had to do business with you - I can assure you I will be a returning customer and I urge others to do the same I would give more than 5 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very good customer service, James reply in email within an hour. high quality products. I highly advise shopping in this store. international delivery takes time but it arrives in the end within two weeks. I don’t blame the store for that delay.”

The buttons for the review which ask how i communicated with the them and response times dont really allow me to be accurate - i used all of the options, phone, email and live chat and the response time varied and it was always polite and helpful.”
