Company is perfect , asked for a restock and it happened . Only use disposable vapes and all the ones I’ve ordered are unreal recommend lost Mary big ones

I believe the issue may have been due to the Christmas post around 14th December, as there were some disruptions at that time. I ordered items worth £250 and VaporizerHut sent it via Royal Mail, but delievered to wrong person which has no name mentioned in Royal Mail website. When I reached out to VaporizerHut for a response as they are supposed to follow up with Royal Mail, they stopped replying to my emails and picking up my calls. My £250 are down the drain and I believe this is because the team is looting customers and does not care about its customers.

We've sent you a separate message asking you to confirm this address. You can also see from the tracking information below that the order was delivered. The first delivery attempt was made on Tuesday, 3rd December, but there was no response. It was then successfully delivered and signed for on Wednesday, 4th December. Vaporizer Hut stock a range of devices and it's easy to place an order on their website. As the product I ordered was out of stock, Vaporizer Hut contacted me to offer a superior alternative at the same price. I received my order within a few days and my new device works well.
