Sorry you appear to have received a defectively sealed bottle of CBD liquid from us, why didn’t you contact us by email or telephone before putting the liquid in the bin? When you refer to the seal being broken, was this the black internal bottle seal? The bottle cap is designed to be turned and then break the seal on opening, occasionally a bottle’s seal can be broken when it is capped in the manufacturing process, relating to a fault with the machine overtightening the lid when it is applied. All our CBD liquids are supplied to us by a fully approved supplier with relevant testing certificates for sale of CBD in the UK, I can assure you these are not ‘adulterated’ as you may have read in the press.
