“I have been ordering 10 Motives for quite a time from The Vape Shop. They’re at a good price in comparison to other suppliers of 10 Motives. I’ve always had prompt deliveries, even a day after putting an order in. However, there was a slight discrepancy with my latest order, just receiving 9 boxes instead of the 10 that I ordered. I sent an email which was answered immediately with the assurance that the missing box would be sent to me. Within 24 hours I not only received the missing box but had been sent an extra box as a kind gesture. Their Customer Service is to be commended. I will continue using The Vape Shop for purchases and highly recommend it.”

“I have been customer for years would not have wrote this review but twice I have received 2 coils again instead of 2 packs of 5. Customer service is good because they resend free fast delivery genuine coils.”

Only writing a review now due to their outstanding customer service, I had an issue with a coils purchased recently and the customer service team made the and replacement very professional. “Paid for next day delivery and ordered well before 3pm deadline. Item didn’t arrive. My advice is don’t waste money on paying for delivery. It makes no difference whatsoever. You might be lucky to actually get your order”

“Paid for next day delivery. Nothing turned up. Phoned customer service only to be told they had received my order but it had not even been packed ready to ship yet... end of explanation. No email advising of the delay and no other solution suggested. Really sounded as if they couldn't wait to get me off the phone and get the order cancelled.”
