Have used for a while now as they do good flavourless liquid. Only problem is my 3mg is rarely in stock now which is very annoying. I emailed the company through their contact page to ask when it would be back in stock and never heard from them, pretty poor!! My star rating would be much higher if my product was in stock when I need to order and the company would at least acknowledge my enquiry and reply.

Ivg green mint one didn’t work no draw from any of the pods all the rest were ok though glad they were only £7 not the full £14

Went in the Weymouth store and asked for a new tank for my aspire battery. The young man on the counter was miserable as sin and wasn’t helpful at all! I asked for a certain vape juice and he replied in an abrupt manner, we’ve only got what ya see! With the juice being out of eyesight range, for me at least, it was impossible to read the lables on the bottles. After his obnoxious attitude I decided to buy a fraction of what o needed and headed to a different vape shop that were welcoming and helpful.

Brought back a disposable vape that did not work. Did not work out of the package. Was made to feel like I was lying about it. Was told nothing could be done. I explained I had brought it 24 hrs earlier and it did not work and would like an exchange. Finally got one but she was not happy about it. Like any electrical item some are just faulty. Not there fault or mine as I explained to her.

Customer service was great but as far as the juices are concerned I bought 3 juices and all 3 needed more flavouring in them. I went to another shop and bought juice and I could taste it easily. Feeling disappointed

The girl with multicoloured hair wasn’t very helpful as I am new to vaping when I was asking for her advice she seemed like she couldn’t be bothered I don’t know if she’s just having a bad day, but I will definitely not be coming back to your shop. Sorry to say Justin

The juices, to fill up an original e-pen, branded by Vape Town it's self, is absolutely vile. It left a horrible residue after taste in my mouth, which made me think the coil was burned, when the coil was brand new! The taste has ruined my pen and coil. When I used a different branded juice, it tasted so much better. But of course, I needed to replace a brand new coil, because the vape town branded juice, left a horrible taste in my pen! And alot of my friends have the exact same opinion on Vape Town branded juices, ruining a brand new coil. Will NEVER be getting Vape Town branded liquids again!

Last time I came into Stony Stratford shop I always buy 10 x Juices on a deal this particular time I had 5 x Strawberry & Watermelon & 5 x kiwi & strawberry & bubblegum both 0.5mg nicotine but one of the kiwi & strawberry & watermelon ones was a different make & different coloured label I said to the man behind counter is that the same it’s not ice because I don’t like that, he said no it’s exactly the same, Well it wasn’t it’s not nice had to totally change filter etc etc I went back down with bottle told him it was totally different & wanted another bottle, basically he refused said it was the same, It might be same writing on the bottle, but it is a totally different taste, i’m a regular customer come down every week if not every two weeks and buy loads off Juses this to be totally different, I would like my money back on that bottle or exchange for another one.. Customer service would be nice too..

Having shopped with Vape Town since Mike opened the Bletchley store, I've always had great service and stayed loyal to the local store. Recently I had a pack of coils which I believe was faulty as each coil only lasted for about 5 days so went through 4 coils for one bottle! Never had that before but when I mentioned it in store, I had to buy another pack of coils

I wasn't able to access my loyalty points when raising my last order. Still not happy about closure of Plymouth shop. It was very convenient and brilliant customer service.

Unfortunately the pear drop vape juice is so thin, it keeps leaking everywhere out of the tank ,drips out and it’s messed up the rubber seals

I bought a new vape that lasted only 3 months when just died. When I returned it I was told that they need to send it to the supplier leaving me with two options, buy a new one or go without until a new one is sent. When I asked about the refund I was told I couldn’t get a refund and if I bought a new one I would end up with two vapes which I don’t want or need. The returns policy is absolutely terrible and only serves to squeeze more money out of loyal customers
