Their warranties mean nothing. When goods are returned they want the box it came in. Who keeps empty boxes. I will never enter any of their shops again

Reece at vapetown Barnstaple North Devon sold me a ivg 2400 that didn't work. Although he admitted it was a dud he wouldn't replace it. I have been a loyal vapetown customer for years unfortunately that will end today because of the way Reece has treated me.

I came in knowing nothing about vapes. I showed the lady the disposable vape I was on and what she recommended did not help me at all ! She recommended a juice which had nicotine in it which I didn’t want as I was already on nicotine free. I went back three times to rectify this and each time she told me to up the amount of nicotine I would be using. I told her what I was on on the first visit and she could have told me then that the vape I was looking for was not available but she sold me a vape that was never going to be suitable regardless. I spent £44 on nothing. Very disappointed and feel very much robbed. This was Vape Town in Stoney Stratford. Will never use them again and will also discourage anyone else from using them.

Hello Natasha We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your vape kit and liquids. I have spoken to our store staff and they explained that you wanted a 'throat hit' from the vape you purchased. It is not possible to get this throat hit from nicotine free vape juice, which is why on your return to our store when our staff recommended you up the nicotine content in your juice. We would be happy to either exchange or refund the liquids you have purchased, you can then continue to use the vape device with either some exchanged liquids (we can supply zero nicotine but as mentioned there will be no throat hit) or seek another liquid elsewhere and continue to use your device. I still haven’t received my order and according to my account it hasn’t even been dispatched 5 days after purchase . Apart from Jean who is amazing in my local shop , the service I have received has been absolutely dreadful from the shop . The other members of staff are rude , unhelpful and do not know any details about the products they are selling . On my few dealings with the manager he has also been extremely unhelpful

I bought some CBD oil from here which burnt through 3 coils i also bought from here, when i went in to speak to the staff i was told to use a higher resistance coil, even though another staff had recommended the lower resistance coil for the CBD. i was then told to email in by the staff in the store but i had no response from the email, then when i called in i was told to go into the store again, then eventually was told in the store there was nothing that can be done. Poor quality products, poor customer service & poor staff knowledge. will not be returning

I've been using this shop for years but their juice 1 minute it's got flavour next minute there's no flavour when I go to the shop I spend a lot of money every time I made a phone call smalling about the juice and they said it's my taste buds so for that reason my law tea doesn't mean anything so I be going elsewhere

I have been ordering online for a while now and normally receive it within a few days but I’ve been waiting for 4 days now and not received anything if it doesn’t come by tomorrow being the 7/5/24 I want a refund!!!!!!

I purchased a Socialtes E-Cig in June 2023 in Novemeber 2023 it stopped working. I went back to Vapetown in Bletchley Milton Keynes and the assistant got it working. In December 2023 it stopped working again. I went back to the shop and a diferent assistant could not get it working. He tried everything and said he was sorry. I asked for an exchange and he said I was over the 6 month limit for an exchange and could do nothing for me. i do not consider this a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry

3 wk old vape had smoke coming from it,that I couldn’t stop. I managed to separated it from the battery which would not switch off .Luckily I was by my kitchen sink , & threw it in .. Customer Service told me I should NOT have submerged it & by doing so the warranty was void !!!! First time complaint for around 8years ( the shop closed down so then ordered online.. Appalling Customer service Jon !

Never had a problem with vape town untill now ! Had to do an online order beacuse they didn’t have my juice in store it never arrived but Royal Mail said they had delivered the parcel so emailed in and spoke with someone they didn’t want to know as it say it was delivered then went in to buy some juice in store and swap my remaining bottles for a new flavour (spent another £45 )then I think his name was John said I was lying and that I swapped the bottle I never got on my delivery Royal Mail are sending me a claim form to send to them so they can claim for the missing delivery as they agree it didn’t get delivered so sent in an email and I’m still waiting on a reply about the form not a happy customer

I've always had good experiences at Vape Town Barnstaple, friendly staff very helpful normally. I always recommend to friends! However I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. I bought a oxva Xlim pro vape, I emailed a day after I purchased to say I couldn't taste any flavour!? Any idea why that might be? Didn't get a reply. So I called a few days later to explain I couldn't taste any flavour with my vape town liquids. I changed to my spare 0.8 pod to test if my 0.6 was faulty and it was even worse just breathing in air! I was told that's the problem with people who have come off disposable vapes and they have been getting this alot as the disposables are a lot more sweeter/stronger liquids. Although I do agree they are stronger, I explained when I tried my friends vape to compare that she also bought on the weekend from vape town with a vape town liquid that was completely fine and I could taste flavour. I was pretty annoyed to be told i quote 'this is a 'you' problem' and there's nothing they can do other than suggest I try different e liquids. My suggestion would be not to sell the vape town e liquids with this brand of vape rather than try and convince me I can't taste the flavour because I'm used to disposables vapes.

Brought a vape it turned out to be faulty constant burn task and vape becoming very hot, they said it was fine and refused refund. **AVOID** there liquid isn’t the best either.
