“Unfortunately this company has let me down after 2yrs if loyalty can’t contact on the phone , get no reply to e mails , shop staff not well informed no stock of atomisers lose of reward points , happy to take your money but not responsive or helpful when you’ve a problem Considering going to alternative provider”

Hi Louise, Your order was placed on the 10th May, which then would have been shipped on the 11th (monday) As you selected the free shipping it would usually take between 3-5 working days, due to the ongoing covid-19 pandemic some orders are taking longer to arrive due to royal mail being under huge demand as per our communication updates state, should you need your order quicker we do offer 1st class and next day delivery options. “I received my Vape and the juice but after assembling it and started to use it the taste is awful. Almost like burning, just makes me cough and its only 6mg. I had a vape before but this taste is awful. I have emailed but no advice given. Frustrating when you spend £40, should of just brought more tobacco.”

Hello Your order was shipped last Friday 17th. If you have a look on Royal Mails site there are details and reasons behind current delays in shipping and postal deliveries. “Poor service. I ordered from a rival site on same time/same day and it arrived by 10am next day. Still waiting after nearly a week from VapeTown. In both cases standard postage applied. Not impressive!!! Of course it could be an anomaly caused by the postal service. But such services should be monitored by the website.”

Hello Your item was ordered after our cut off time so was posted on 15th April, today is the 20th which I do not make a week. Today is also the 3rd working day. Royal Mail are suffering delays in various sorting offices and areas which details can be found on their site due to staff sickness and staff self isolations. If it is urgent next time please pay for next day. The free shipping you chose will always be 2nd class. Regards Vape Town

The country is the middle of a corona virus pandemic. It does not matter how near or far you are from the shop orders are sent via Royal Mail who at present are struggling with demand for their services. Besides orders do not come from local shops. All details of Royal Mail delays are on our order confirmation and shipping emails. May I suggest next time if you need items quick you select the Special Delivery service at £8. Taking the free shipping is the slowest form of postage as it is second class. Despite us ourselves dealing with a huge demand for products your order was shipped 1 hour 37 minutes after placing on our site. Vape Town

Hello Sorry you felt the need to review us at 1 star. The country is in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic and both ourselves and Royal Mail are trying our level best to ensure orders are both shipped and delivered as quick as possible. You elected to take the free shipping which is second class. Under normal circumstances you would expect your order to arrive between 3-5 working days. Since your order was placed on Thursday 26/03/20 and shipped the same day you should expect to receive it by the 2/4/20 at the latest but it may take slightly longer due to how busy Royal Mail are.
