“I have used Vape Town in Tiverton since the day it opened and have always received great service from them. When vaping first arrived on the scene, the guys at Vape Town were full of knowledge and advice and really helped me. From speaking to Rick and Mike at the early stages of the shop and now Neil, they really do know their stuff and can help anyone. I also order from Vape Town online and have never had any issues from them. Everything always turns up on time.”

“Not your fault but once delivered, I had no delivery notice and, once I received my two bottles, one was almost empty, must of happened during transit as not all liquid was in my post box so delivery service didn't care”

“I purchased a Socialtes E-Cig in June 2023 in Novemeber 2023 it stopped working. I went back to Vapetown in Bletchley Milton Keynes and the assistant got it working. In December 2023 it stopped working again. I went back to the shop and a diferent assistant could not get it working. He tried everything and said he was sorry. I asked for an exchange and he said I was over the 6 month limit for an exchange and could do nothing for me. i do not consider this a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry”
