“Having shopped with Vape Town since Mike opened the Bletchley store, I've always had great service and stayed loyal to the local store. Recently I had a pack of coils which I believe was faulty as each coil only lasted for about 5 days so went through 4 coils for one bottle! Never had that before but when I mentioned it in store, I had to buy another pack of coils”

“It is the only place I will buy Virginia flavour from. The only problem I'm finding at the moment is, I'm having to use a knife to cut the plastic bits that hold the cap on when opening a new bottle. To be fair, I haven't contacted Vape Town so hoping it will be ok next time.”

“Never had a problem with vape town untill now ! Had to do an online order beacuse they didn’t have my juice in store it never arrived but Royal Mail said they had delivered the parcel so emailed in and spoke with someone they didn’t want to know as it say it was delivered then went in to buy some juice in store and swap my remaining bottles for a new flavour (spent another £45 )then I think his name was John said I was lying and that I swapped the bottle I never got on my delivery Royal Mail are sending me a claim form to send to them so they can claim for the missing delivery as they agree it didn’t get delivered so sent in an email and I’m still waiting on a reply about the form not a happy customer”
