“Brought back a disposable vape that did not work. Did not work out of the package. Was made to feel like I was lying about it. Was told nothing could be done. I explained I had brought it 24 hrs earlier and it did not work and would like an exchange. Finally got one but she was not happy about it. Like any electrical item some are just faulty. Not there fault or mine as I explained to her.”
