“Hi I went to Barnstable store to get my usual 10 bottles of 12mg menthol, the girl serving said they didn't have any , but said the salt menthol was identical, I asked a couple of times if she was sure and she said it was, I opened a bottle when I got home and tried it and its disgusting, so I now have 9 bottles that are no use to man or beast, the thing is its an hour round trip so at some point I need to get back down there and get some more,”

“I ordered 3 vapes just before Xmas. Items arrived on time. 1. Geek vape didn't have the battery so now need to buy that as can't use it! 2. The Eleaf Istick pico baby vape button fell apart by boxing day! I'm really annoyed as spent 80+ on 3x vapes as gifts and really only get to use 1 of the vapes I purchased. I Would not be going back here.”

“Ummm never had a problem before but on my last order I didn't receive wot was offered when I ordered, normally if you contact vapetown it gets sorted no problems but this time I contacted and have been ignored shame so my only way now is to comment here .”

“I only like to vape light colour oil, was very disappointed with the raspberry one. Went to Vape Town in Plymouth only to find the shop had closed down. Email would have saved me the expense. Other than this I have had excellent service from Vape Town”

“Brought a pocket which stopped working after 5 weeks. I asked if there was any warranty or return but was given a standard answer of return unwanted items unused with 30 days. I replied explaining it had broken and heard nothing back. Also ordered 10 juice and coils over a week ago and still not arrived.”

“Unfortunately I have not had a good experience this time. I received the wrong order last Wed. Emailed them, they gave their sincere apologies & assured me the correct order would be sent out to me. That was last Wednesday & I have still not received my order. No answer to my further emails either. Not a happy customer.”

“Friendly staff but there selections of vape juice and mods kits are very Limited it would be better if they had a bigger or better selection of vape liquids and more mod kits to choose from decent new ones out too every time I’ve gone in there interested in buying a new mod kit I’ve ended up having to look elsewhere because because they barely have 5 to choose from and there either unheard of or older models that cost The same as the latest models out. Plus it’s near impossible to even be able to read what flavours they have because they’re behind big plastic screens at a distance that is just too hard to read the small print. Closer access would be great. Not only that it would be better if they got New and nicer flavours in like the element E liquids I don’t know why they even stop selling them they were the best and some of the nicest tasting one’s that they actually had I was gutted when I had to start going elsewhere for them and the 200 ml dessert vape. co flavours are horrible and I’ve tried enough of them.”
