AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a new vape pen in store, everything was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Within literally a couple of days it had an obviously faulty battery. Took it back less than week after buying it, and had an appalling experience. No possibly of exchange and very rude staff this time. Absolutely appalling. Less than 1 week after purchase!! I then emailed the company, and have had no response. Awful company, just avoid. they have now emailed to ask for my review and say that my opinion matters. Ha ha I'm not holding my breath.

Once again I bought a pack of coils, Z4 Zeus this time, one, up to now, was faulty, wouldn’t fit in my tank, the girl in the shop tried it and just said oh well, we don’t guarantee coils, rip off again

I have been a customer since the shop opened and i have watched it go down hill week on week poor choice of juice mostly own brands and not much stock coils are another problem little to nothing on the shelf i am now considering going elsewhere

Had nothing but problems with the latest vape so had to return it, still waiting on money back as need to purchase a new one, had no reply from online either when enquiring about my options

Bad service, we went into Tiverton shop to buy a vape on the Black Friday deals however we where told the deal wasn’t active even though it was showing on the website. Neil was very rude to us and we ended up not buying from vape town.

Very expensive. Whole unit with 2 pods was 8 pounds. You were 21 pound for 3 singles . Was expecting 6 . Disappointed.

Terrible customer service was delivered a faulty mod which cost £19 and expect me to pay £6 to return it. Not going to waste my time just avoid in the future, Also they took 2 days to acknowledge my return request but can ship same day ??????????

DELIVERY SAYS 2-5 DAYS COMES 7-8 DAYS. WITH A TWIST I ORDERED 20 NIC SHOT 18mg ALL I GOT IS 4 AND SOME RANDOM BIG FLAVOUR , FULLY WRONGED MY PURCHASE , THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY EMAILS I SEND , AVOID BUYING FROM VAPE TOWN (see pictures attached for evidence)

Purchased 2 aspire nautilus units in April this year and one has stopped charging. I have tried 3 different USB C cables and different plugs (its buggered). Vapetown have told me there return policy is 28 days and will not replace a 6 month old item which is clearly not fit for purpose. I will not be using them ever again as this policy sucks. Is it in contravention of the sale of goods act 1930??? I think so. My cash will NEVER be in your till again. Goodbye...

I’ve used vape town in Weymouth for 3 years and only buy from them , however on Thursday I popped in and asked about the recent liquids which were darker in colour and asked if I could have the clear liquid as my partner doesn’t like the taste of it , and the reply I got was he was only going to sell me what was on the front row and would not look behind , I have only recommended this place too so many people over the years but if you change the liquid and what I thought I was just asking a small request about having a certain type you sell was met with attitude, I walked out not buying anything and will never return again! I will now seek a new place to buy from

I received incorrect information at the store they told me I needed helmet coils but I had to order them from their online store . I ordered online from vapetown UK . I tried braddicks who told me they were smok A10 coils so I bought them and tried to cancel could not get a response . They then sent them after 3 requests to cancel . Now I have to pay to send them back I will be approx £10 out of pocket due to repeated incompetence . Don't bother with this company

I take no pleasure in writing this today but I am still waiting to receive my products. Today is day 6 & still nothing. This us very unlike vape town. I have emailed once & got a reply. No reply to my email today as yet 🙁

Hi I purchased this from vape town yesterday and I bought the flavoured liquid. I’m genuinely very disappointed with the service I received it was poor and poor product knowledge. I went for a new Vape mod and the one they opened she said it had a coil already in it. I decided to go for the newer one as it’s brand new and hygiene reasons. As I did the instoor set up she refilled my vape and it poured all over the vape as it had no liquid. They didn’t know the difference between 70/30 and 50/50 liquids. I’m displeased Becayse it was a new vape and now with the level of leak it’s ruined the buttons.

4 K3 batteries failed in three months, with same problem i.e charging. Only one replaced, which took over a month. This cost me £100 in all. I don't think they are fit for purpose. They are difficult to complain to as this email address doesn't work and neither does the one displayed on the shop door. I've given one star as the staff in the shop are very good.

I bought a pack of coils, v8 baby mesh, and 3 of the 5 were faulty, second pack same, complained and was told get a new mod, all other coils I’ve bought work fine, terrible customer service, changing supplier

I have bought easily over £300 worth of stuff from here over the past year, and there was a problem with a vape mod I ordered so for months I have sent over 5 e-mails, and have not recieved a SINGLE reply, terrible customer service will not be buying from here again with this service
