Hi Dan Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately our system allowed you to purchase a product with zero value, as the options were not displaying correctly, this meant that you had not actually ordered anything at all We have refunded you your delivery charges as there was nothing for us to send to you We apologise for misleading you to think that there were any free Armaplate available as this is not the case Kind Regards Vanlocker

“Very disappointed with the service, firstly they arrived almost an hour past the booking time, secondly the fitter was very unskillful and messed up the locks in a way where there was 50/50 chance for the lock to be unlocked, even started to argue with me that ( that’s the way it is ). After many requests from my side he finally decided to adjust the locks ( took him three hours ), thirdly he left me with both locks unlocking in different ways….. one on left the other on right assuring me that’s the way the manufacturer made them :)”

“Ordered a Van Bulkhead on 6//1/21 and it still has not arrived. I have tried to call multiple times and no answer. I have emailed several times with no reply. Now I have to wait 30 days to get my money back through my credit card. Would not recommend using this firm.”

“Never received a dispatch confirmation, didn't receive a tracking number, and worst of all no fitting instructions, just 3 bags with the parts in, and a few junk leaflets.”

“Never had locks fitted as they couldn't power tools due to van fault after 3 week wait. Then couldn't guarantee another fitting date. Went to Sheriff Locks cheaper and also reliable.”

“Very poor service indeed. Delivered security keys to an unknown neighbour Compromised our security. Despite their terms and conditions stating they only deliver to customers address.Refuses to refund or rectify, Will end in court. .”
