“The locks/barrels & keys are all decent quality. The price is ok & i'm happy with the postal service, but i've deducted 1 star as the instructions that limited & could be improved. (You get a sheet with a few critical dimensions, but nothing about corner radioos /keyway drill sizes etc) So I wouldnt suggest anyone other that isnt very competent undertakes the DIY fitment as its a bit of a risk if you cut in the wrong area!!! For the difference (DIY vs fitted), I suggest you get them fitted (assuming the installer is experenced or well insured.”

Hi Dan Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately our system allowed you to purchase a product with zero value, as the options were not displaying correctly, this meant that you had not actually ordered anything at all We have refunded you your delivery charges as there was nothing for us to send to you We apologise for misleading you to think that there were any free Armaplate available as this is not the case Kind Regards Vanlocker

“Really excellent customer service. We had to rearrange our fitting 3 times and only got a helpful and patient response. The fitting was efficient and effective with Ben being both personable and kind. We now use our hook locks rather than the central locking. I recommend these folks without reservation and would happily use them again. Thank you Vanlocker.”
