“Gives you a price via comparison site, when you login the price changes. Then it ends within a day so if you log back into Van Line direct site you can't get back into the quote without re completing it. It then changes the price again! Our price went up twice within an hour with no policy amendments!!”

“Not happy at all Had quote,paid deposit,then wanted more money due to job description. Never had a problem with other companies. I'm now being warned that my policy will be cancelled within a matter of days due to no disclosure of documents which i have already sent with proof. Avoid.”

“I would have preferred an email so I could respond with a suitable time to receive this call. I was inundated with calls and found this very irritating as I did not know who was calling me. Only on two occasions were messages left. I am extremely cautious of callers whom I don't know or have no indication to expect a call. The lady I spoke to was very good and helpful and, when asked, the necessity of this third degree follow up.”
