“Absolute joke. Can not get through to anyone when I ring up to reach customer services. I have to go through the sales team in order to speak to anyone. I requested to have my insurance cancelled immediately. This took almost a week to do (I was also charged for this week). I’m so glad that I cancelled my insurance as I feel that if I ever did need to rely on it in the event of an accident then no one would pick up the phones or get back in touch with me for at least a week.”
