“This is the first time I’ve insured a commercial vehicle and found it a little different to insuring a car. I found it a bit more complex and intrusive. Having completed the transaction online I immediately received a telephone call from the insurer who then went through all the details again with me. I don’t quite understand why they did that. I was also asked to listen to an eternal automated message about terms and conditions etc. It seemed to go on for an age with many aspects not relevant to me.”
