“Kept me waiting on the phone for 20 MINS!!!! while we went through the policy to " validate " it.....doesn't matter that I had already filled it in on Compare the market earlier??? oh no.....then asked for 7 quid because I was ONE day late validating my details...arrrgghhh!!!! Then asked for my ncb document 3 times!!!!! AVOID this company.”
