“I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff at this company, I have been driving for over 30 years and never been treated so badly as I have by Van line direct, I cancelled my policy immediately and i will never, ever use you again, I have warned people across all social network not to use you and I will continue to do so through friend's, family and business , you should be thoroughly ashamed of the way you treat customers,”
