“The phone operative was as clear and concise as possible, repetition of a lot of my online information I’m guessing this was necessary but made me late for work. Unfortunately the mandatory end message cut off before it played so had to phone back in, Lots of extra charges etc on the message which has lef5 me feeling dubious about Van Linedirect also unclear as to whether my NCD has been accepted and again extra charges looming.”
