“I gained a quote online and decided to go ahead and take it out paying by card. As far as I was concerned sorted nice and easily but NO. I get a text asking to call them to validate the policy and am not covered yet so follows 3 calls with wait times of over 30 minutes. When I finally got an answer I had to answer every question I had already answered online and was then told my quote was £90 higher than it had been online and excluded breakdown cover. What a joke, I dread to think how much hassle it would be to claim with them. Add that to the fact they have sold my details on as I’ve already had 3 calls from other companies asking to quote me (1 confirmed my details came from van line) I say AVOID at all costs”
