“Called me up tried making me pay £119 more than quoted online and then when I said cancel it then, he then told me it would cost £25 to do so. Upon requesting to talk to the manager he came back with the original quote. He needs more training and people skills”

“Took my insurance out with you on the 18th of October still not received any paperwork or emails rang this morning took over 30 minutes to get thorough to talk about it told would get emailed within 20minutes 2 hours later still nothing not happy at all with the service”

“Renewed my van insurance over the phone I spoke to Rachel she was helpful and curtius.I was asked some questions and was taken step by step through to getting a renewed insurance . Look forward to using Van Line Direct next year.”

“It started off really poor. I called 3 times to pay my fathers quotation premium. Was passed from sales to customer services and back. Seemed like no one wanted to take the money. Finally the 4th person was helpful and sorted it out”
