“Waited almost an hour on the phone in total waiting for a rep to become free. The price initially quoted was about £100 less than what I paid. The website wouldn’t let me validate my insurance which meant I had to ring. A long time to be hanging on when you’re busy. The rep spoke to quickly and his accent made it doubly hard to understand what was being said.”
