“Price changed from quote to when you proceed, however they stick by the price I was quoted. My only reservation was that I realised I had got the dates wrong of my insurance expiring by two days. We did it for 19th then my wife came home and said its 17th I said oops runs out 17th and the lady sighed and I didnt want to trouble her further so borrowed a car I'm insured on.”

“I was very unhappy with vanlinedirect as the price I was quoted and paid my deposit for wasnt honoured and after me asking for my deposit back was told I couldnt have it as I was cancelling my policy andthere would be a charge. I argued that I didnt yet have a policy as it had not started yet but was still told i needed to pay a cancellation charge. After two or three phone calls the price was lowered but not to the price I was quoted and I reluctantly gave in and went through with accepting the terms offered at this point. As a result I will not be reccomended you to anyone and it is very doubtful I shall renew with you next year.”

“I used confused. Com to search for my van insurance and van direct was the best deal once I was happy with my choice I bought the insurance However 5 minutes later I was contacted by phone and had to go through all the questions and details verbally over the phone again The lady I spoke to was pleasant but spoke very fast with a unfamiliar accent and had to tell her to slow down as I could not understand her Over all a good service Thank you Lee walker”

“The person at the end of the phone was polite,professional and patient with my questions,every part of the insurance purchase was spot on. Had to call them the next day regarding documentation needed such as license V5 etc. Again polite and helpful. Manners to me are as important as insurance so I really appreciated it. Thankyou”
