“Spoke to Rachael today who was helpful, knowledgeable and had an excellent manner. A rare person in the insurance world who actually phoned me back when she said she would ! An insurance firm can only be truly evaluated when you've needed to make a claim, hopefully I'll not need to experience that aspect of the company. My experience this far is very pleasant and positive.”
