“I purchased a policy online and paid a deposit only to find out in my validation phone call that is wasn’t suitable as travelling to and from work is excluded despite filling in my occupation. I have said I would decide whether to cancel or go ahead and was told it was £25 to cancel an insurance not validated! A day after I have paid the deposit. I have then received an email saying that my insurance would be cancelled and the outstanding debt sent to a collection agency. I did try to ring back Saturday afternoon after work to go ahead with the cancellation by was not informed you close at 2pm! Very poor way of doing business. I am expecting a full refund of my deposit on Monday morning and wish to CANCEL the policy. It works out dearer than my existing renewal with having to now upgrade, I didn’t like the manner of the phone call and I certainly did not appreciate the email and the additional two I received with my documents. Which incidentally I cannot open as I need a password - which I haven’t even set up! Driving over 30 years and this is the worst service I have received to date.”

“I have spent the last 4 days trying to phone you and never get through. Then when you do, they can’t seem to sort the issue. I was told yesterday evening that i was all sorted with my new policy and this morning, I’ve received another text saying i need to contact you urgently. Yet again tried to call with no answer”
