“Having read some of the negative reviews via Trust Pilot, I was somewhat optimistic about contacting Van Line Direct. Thankfully, I put the opinions of others aside and contacted their insurance sales department directly. Due to a minor accident earlier this year, my previous insurer was misleading which resulted in my premium soaring towards an extortionate rate. Not only were Van Line Direct competitive but my call was handled professionally and with empathy. All relevant knowledge & advice was provided throughout with my policy documents received prior to the end of my call. My experience with Rachael Griffith at Van Line Direct was invaluable of which I fully recommend Van Line Direct without any hesitation should her colleagues be as valuable of an asset in this line of business.”
