“worst customer service, iv rang 10 times to cancel my policy and i have been transferred to cancellations where after 15 min on hold the call goes dead every time.”

“This no way reflects the person I spoke to on the phone but I’m extremely agitated with the fact that the policy I took out and paid for online was in fact then doubled. Due to the fact that myself have 12 years no claims but for some reason I cannot use this. Which on your website you ask for how many years no claims not on any vehicle in particular. I’m now stuck in an expensive policy even though I myself have 12 years without any incident or claim”
