“Arranged insurance online. 20 min phone call to reconfirm all of the information I had entered and double checked already. Now asking me to sort my no claims instead of them contacting my insurer. So far so poor.”

“The phones are answered VERY quickly when they want to sell you stuff ...... I wish the customer sdervice phones were answered half as quickly, esdpecially as they want copies of documents from you or they'll cancel your insurance! and charge you for doing so!!!!”
