“Not even had the Insurance 24 hours phoned up to give correct no claims and got charged for changing information I believe this to be very poor Service And the phone call to verify my account was very poor the man came across quite rude”

“After finding a cheaper quote online with van line direct I got into contact and the advisor I spoke to advised me to cancel my current insurance and take it again online for cheaper, when the cancellation agent phoned he then informed me I would have to pay a cancellation fee, he was also very abrupt on the phone, really poor customer service, I will be looking elsewhere”
