“Due to an error by the currier I received the wrong package when I ordered from Vanilla Wood Floors. When I rang up they where already aware of the problem and where taking action to rectify it, seemed genuinely put out that their service had been compromised. They also said they were changing currier so it wouldn't happen again. Great service form them despite them being let down.”
