“I am still to use the product, so can't comment on that as yet, but am impressed with the service from Vanilla Wood Floors. My mop handle arrived cracked, but as soon as I sent them an email to tell them, they sent out a replacement immediately - no quibbles.”

Many thanks for your purchase and for taking the time to place a review. We're glad that overall you were happy with your purchase and service. With regards delivery times, as your order was placed and shipped on a Friday, unfortunately a 48 hour courier service means that you do not get your delivery until the following Tuesday as most courier companies do not class weekends as working days (unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested, in which case there is always a delivery surcharge).
