“I have started painting my "man-cave" with OSMO oak, it came highly recommended. But after the first small can I worked out how much more I'd need to complete the job, 5 litres. So went back to my local paint specialist shop. They did not have it in stock and it would take 2-3 days to arrive at £75 for 2.5 litres. I then checked online and your price was way cheaper and delivered the next day. Much faster and much cheaper.”

“The only thing that I have to fault is, that as the WOCA video shows the man is applying the oil maintenance using a spray head screwed to the bottle which is very handy, however, the bottle I received did not come with it.”

“A ridiculously quick and efficient service to say the least! I made an order for a pair of slimline Oak pipe collars in the afternoon which arrived the next day! Excellent service and a great quality product that was really simple to fit to existing pipework. Really finishes off the job a treat. So much so that I've ordered another pair for another radiator. Great service, keep it up!”

“It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Vanilla Wood Floors. The lady I spoke to on the telephone was both helpful, efficient, humourous & slightly apologetic that she wasn't as knowledgable as her superior, who was on leave when I called. I informed her I was placing my order online & she offered to put in a few samples to help solve my choice dilemma. My order was received within 2 days together with a few handwritten words, pertinent to something amusing that we'd discussed over the phone. I will definitely deal with this company for any future supplies I need. Many thanks. Angela”
