“Ordered some items for next day delivery. Due to current virus situation dhl did not actually deliver next day but was only one day later. However on contacting Sue in sales she contacted dhl and kept me informed of what was happening. Very efficient and helpful. Items arrived well packaged and as ordered. Would definitely use vanilla again thank you.”
