“This is the second time I order from Vanilla Wood Floors and, again, I am very pleased with their service. My item came in quickly and was well packed considering it could have easily been damaged. All orders were done online but I needed to adjust my order the first time so I phoned them and they were really friendly and professional then.”

“Fantastic customer service! Ordered wood floor cleaning and maintenance products. They were meant to be in same colour but ordered two different colours by mistake. Received a call from Vanilla floors customer service, checking if i ordered the two colours by mistake. They amended the order and sent the delivery very next day. Will definitely use them again.”
