“I am very pleased with the service from VWF. The product was shipped within a few hours of placing the order on a Friday afternoon and was delivered in the north of Scotland within 2 days, standard delivery. Notifications were sent at each stage of delivery. As for the product, Rubio Monocoat Tannin Remover, this exceeded my expectations by completely removing black dripped stains off a steel wool scouring pad from an Oak floor. I would recommend Vanilla Wood Floors and will use them again in future.”
