“I've ordered two tins of lacquers for finishing my wooden floors from Vanilla Wood Floors. Ended up on their very well organised web site because here I could find immediately what I wanted. Price were very competitive (matching Amazon to the penny) - and at checkout I was able to use a coupon that provided me with an additional discount, in addition to free shipping. My two cans of lacquer arrived much faster than expected, in great, professional protective wrapping. Vanilla Wood Floors seem to have optimised their buying experience very well, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone! One small downside: Returns are not free; in case I might have to return my order, for whatever reason, I'd have to pay for it myself - which is not cheap for lacquers (I've previously had to return lacquers ordered via Amazon and got reimbursed for shipping)”

“I prefer to buy directly from individual sellers, however, a couple of weeks ago I ordered some Osmo exterior decking oil through Amazon and my experience left me very unhappy. After visiting this website to check product availability, I made a phone call: the service I received was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. As promised when order was placed, my purchase arrived the following day at noon and undamaged. I can only say, avoid intermediaries and go directly to Vanilla Wood Floors, the care and attention you get are what makes the difference. And so, do their prices!”
