“I ordered 3 samples of engineered wood flooring to compare with other samples from another supplier. Only 2 samples were available and these were very small in comparison to the ones I had received from the other supplier already. In fact, one of the samples was so small (annoyingly the one I was most interested in) it was not possible to assess its suitability.”

“Everything was very good in my dealings with Vanilla Floors, however, Hermes let you down. The driver left the goods in the rubbish bin on top of rubbish and not in the garage, as clearly requested on the documents you placed on the parcel.”

“I should have received my parcel from Vanilla Wood Floors on the 14th January. The courier Hermes had other ideas and delivered it to another address unknown whilst claiming it was delivered to me. I am currently having a discussion with Hermes who are looking into this. Vanilla did their job efficiently but the courier let them down.”

“We have used this company before and have always found them very efficient from order through to delivery and recommend them. The product - 5mm slimline unfinished oak radiator pipe ferrules are a strong quality product that I stained to perfectly match our wooden oak flooring and have even bought a second set to spray black for our black lvt flooring as all I could find from other companies were plastic ones which I didn't particularly like. Thank you”
