“I have always been impressed by Vanilla Wood Floors' customer service but they were especially helpful with my recent purchase. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and they responded very promptly to remedy the problem and quickly offered to send another delivery if they were not able to locate the original parcel.”

“Ordered some Osmo varnish. Vanilla (Sue) checked with me that I had ordered the right size which impressed me. When Evri failed to deliver, she undertook to chase them. A few days later she noticed that my package still hadnt moved and sent me a new one rather than make me wait any longer. This arrived promptly. This is really excellent service! (and the Osmo product seems pretty good as well)”

“I just want to say how delighted we are with Vanilla wood floors . We initially sought advice on the phone. Sue was extremely polite and very helpful. We subsequently ordered online and were delighted with efficiency and the speed of delivery . We live in an off the beaten track farmhouse and our product was delivered on a Sunday ! We haven’t used our varnish brush yet but I am sure it will do the job . Many thanks to Sue and the company. We will be using you again in the future.”

“I was looking for a white wood stain for a stairs rail, asked for help and received useful info on the product to buy. Took the advice given and bought a wood stain with wax, given one coat and looks good already, the second coat is advised as the max to use so hopefully will look good finished. Very happy with advice and product”
