“When changing vehicle halfway through you can’t match price you get online & end up paying 50% more or you have to pay to get out of policy & people don’t understand what your telling them think it was 4 phone calls just to change van on policy don’t think will use again when I renew in 6 months”

“Been with vancompare for years always had paper renewal documents and automatic renewal. Apparently they have gone paperless so no paperwork was sent an email was sent to a discontinued address so I was not aware my policy had not been renewed. Luckily I didn't have an accident as I was driving with no insurance. When I was made aware of this by a third party I immediately contacted van compare to be told it was my fault and my premium would increase by 50%.”
