“I took the insurance but plauged by your call centre,first call silent on end,2nd call silent,3rd call I said I've took the insurance,4th call take me off the list.blocked number.29 attempts to call me first day and its getting over 20 today..”

“you have since asked for more information which I have available. having you emailed quite a few times in the last few days I have now been kept waiting on the phone for 21 minutes and am really fed up now I have a job to do as well no reply have given up now.”

“I’m very unsatisfied with the service I had it seems in the organisation staff didn’t seem overly sure of wot was happening. I had various phone calls like they were working from different companies not together!. I still received different answers from different t people one saying the policy was setup and the other saying it needed amendments! I will not be recommending your company to my many customers and friends.”

My hearing difficulty, although I do use hearing aids does still cause some problems over the phone and it is very much appreciated when someone is helpful and patient when communication becomes difficult. “Not happy at all. I provided my driving license check code on the call and have just seen an email saying my insurance is going to be canceled because I have not provided this. Shocking!”
