“Very disappointed, used vanpimps before, very good. Not this time.. It said 2 days delivery it was 8/9 days.. Id ordered 3 door seals described to fit my vwcrafter.. The front ones came marked 2.5m long not as for each door.. And they were 15cm shorter than the original ones removed.. So no seal made and no response to the email i sent either.”

We can see that our customer services team have corresponded with you with regards to this and stating what we would like to do is have the two front door seals returned for inspection. “The quality of the stitching of the covers was poor in a lot of places which was a real shame as overall tge covers looked good quality. Drivers back rest seat cover did not fit well at all (was too big where it overlapped undeeneath) and all the head rests were shocking dont fit properly and stitching looked completely unfinished. I'd like a refund or replacement please.”

“You state small amount of fitting and bending to get the profile of the rail well these rails was 3 1/2 inches out very difficult to put right being a profile alloy very poor product. Don't recommend”

We are sorry to hear this. We can see your correspondence with our customer services team with regards to your order. They advised that the curtain you received was correct and as the kit is designed for both the older model of Vivaro and the newer X82 models the rails may need to be modified to fit the window aperture correctly. As the rails are made from a very soft aluminium this can be easily done by hand. If you need to flatten a rail the best way to do this is to lay the rail on the floor and gently flatten the rail into the correct profile. If you need to increase or bend the rail you need to use the edge of a workbench and gently apply pressure to the rail as you move it over the edge of the workbench creating a gently curve.
