“I ordered a pair of windows for my Trafic. They look brilliant but I had a couple of issues: 1. One of the windows leaks from its opening mechanism. Not ideal as I had to solve this with sealant internally. 2. The windows are relatively flat, so do not fit perfectly to the curved surface of the vehicle.”

“Great product and good value. Easy to install. Prompt comms and delivery. Absolutely nothing to fault. Will definitely use again. Also, the added bonus of a sticker and some Haribo’s absolutely sealed the deal for me !”

“Great service, rang up as I needed the HEKO Transit Custom "Dark" Wind Deflectors the next day, asked if this was possible as I was going away. They took the order over the phone and yes they arrived the next day.”

“Wow-what a great company. I have been receiving emails from these guys for some time but only just started to buy from them whilst converting 'The Peril'. Austin (my main contact) has been a star, so helpful, eager to answer any questions, assist with my ideas and helping me with solutions or alternatives. The products are great, windows purchased and fitted, support as required, other items purchased and ready to be fitted too. My only slightly negative comment would be on parts for my Vauxhall Movano, which unfortunately is not a targeted vehicle for any company that provides self conversion accessories which is a shame as they are great Van conversions. If you need anything VW these are the guys to use and buy from, great customer service and great products. 5* all the way. I”

“Misleading website and poor comms. I can not recommend Van Pimps. Look at their listing, it shows a grey product, even though it says black in the text the positioning of that final crucial word caused me to but the item I saw, gey. What arrived was black. They expect me to pay postage, and the email from your team is unapologetic, blames the customers and dismissive. Why is there a price range? It's all very slack and should have known not to buy. Lesson learned. If you run a business that can't compensate for postage on genuine mistakes that you have more than contributed to then you run a shoddy business. Will stick to Vanstyle, Transporter HQ and Amazon in the future.”

Good afternoon Nish, Thank you for your comments. We are sorry to read that you are not happy with our product. As stated on our website in the product description - Large Elasticated Storage Net – Black. I have looked in our customer services system and I can see the correspondence with you is correct with regards to wanting to return an item and having to pay for the postage to return this as no error has been made on our behalf. With regards to our price range, this is if customers want to purchase 1 or 2 storage nets. We pride ourselves on both products and our customer service and apologies that you feel you have not experienced this with us. Kind Regards VanPimps.

“Products are very good quality and worth paying that bit more. I had front bar and side bars for my transit custom and I'm very pleased with them but the instructions are crap that comes with them.”
