“Absolutely love the products, but the packaging was very poor. Our windows arrived with the cardboard open and the glass falling out of them. The staples used all pulled through the card. The orange glass edge protector was all hanging off and were worried about damage. I shall be starting to fit the windows over the next couple of weeks and really hope there not chipped! Will keep you posted! Overall we love the products and website but packaging needs attention. The delivery driver even commented on this was the condition he picked them up in.”

“Customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful! Sadly the Fiat Ducato rear window blinds I received, were missing a row of hangers - but they sent them out for next day delivery. The top and bottom rails weren’t a great fit and it was very difficult to get the stop ends into them. Then, the end of one of my top rails needed filing as there was excess metal and dried paint on the end, making it impossible to thread the hangers. 10/10 for customer service, but 5/10 for the product. Sorry guys, it took me twice as long to fit them thanks to the issues.”

“I ordered a front splitter for my crafter 2019. Arrived vey quickly, packaged very well. No damage. The splitter was fine. The fixings in my opinion are poor. 3 x nut and bolts and 4x self tapping screws. The nuts and bolts are fine allthough i replaced for nylock nuts and the screws are useless. These also sbould be nuts and bolts of which again i replaced. Thanks team”

“After a week I got in touch because my parcel hadn’t arrived it was delivered to the wrong address and I was told by a very rude manager that I had to pay an additional delivery fee because it was my fault apparently and if I had a refund I’d also would have to pay an additional delivery fee even though it wouldn’t have been sent out again so it’s extortion and won’t be using them again never mind recommend to anyone.”

Hello, I have looked into this for yourself and can see from your initial order you had entered the incorrect address. Your order had then been returned to ourselves by the courier and so for us to send this back out we needed to take a reshipping fee and the correct address for this to be sent out correctly.
